  • How soon will my fountain be shipped?

We will let you know shortly after we receive your order.  Some fountains can be shipped almost Water Harp Fountainimmediately, others -- especially if customization has been requested -- may take a bit longer to prepare.  Fountains from our featured artists normally take 4-6 week for delivery.  As soon as all details are available, we'll give you everything you need to track your order.  Carriers may vary from one item to another, but all will provide careful handling and detailed information.

What if my order is damaged during transport?

You need to send us an email immediately if something has happened during shipping.  Most shipping companies are themselves responsible for such damage, so please check your order right away while the truck driver is still there!  Take pictures before even opening the box if you see evidence of damage.  We will send you further instructions as soon as  we have your information.  Please read the Policies page for more detailed information.

Why isn't there free US shipping on ALL products?

Well -- for some studios it is not a problem to build shipping charges into the product pricing, but for others the same fountain might not always have the same finished weight.  Many of the small Kazemi fountains  include rocks etc. which are of varying weights. The Adagio fountains are fairly large pieces made using slate and marble -- and each slab of stone may have a different weight.  It just makes more sense to calculate those shipping charges individually.

Is everything I need to set up my fountain included?

Yes!  All fountains come with everything but the water.  If hanging brackets are needed, you'll find them.  (You'll need your own tools, though!)  The included  instructions will help you with things like assembly, leveling, splashing, and even changing the water sound -- depending on the kind of fountain you ordered.  For the Adagio fountains -- the heaviest wall fountains and more difficult to hang than others -- there is even an installation video.  However -- please read the description pages carefully because some things, like stands or plants pictured, are NOT part of the package!

Will my fountain or sculpture look just like the picture?

Hopefully not exactly !! -- for several reasons.  The work shown here involves natural  materials Brown Marbleand in that case each piece is unique in color variation and character.  For example, materials such as stainless steel and glass will look like the photograph, but materials such as slate or worked copper will not.  And don't forget -- for fountains from our featured artists (made one at a time anyway) you can request changes from the photograph.  For fountains from Adagio you can help choose the exact stone to be used.  By ordering from this site, you are indicating that you are not looking for mass-produced items and understand that ours will have individual personalities.

    Why custom?

Well -- it does take a little more time, but it is totally worth the wait!  If you are in a hurry you might want to choose one of our fountains that comes with a choice of edge finishes, which already helps with matching home decor.  If you needed your fountain yesterday, we do have products ready to ship (if there are no requests for details about customizing you can bet you've found one of those).

But your home isn't like anyone else's -- so maybe you'd like to have a unique fountain too!  Think of the advantages -- the ability to request a logo, or a specific color palette, size, even the quality of the water sound.  Sounds like fun, doesn't it?  That's why we offer the option.
